In the rural belts of Maharashtra, opportunities are limited — but potential is limitless. At PMMS, Bhandara, we believe in more than just relief. We believe in empowering people with skills, tools, and confidence to shape their own future — with pride, not pity. From the women who started their first micro-business after SHG training, to the youth who found dignity through skill-based jobs and digital literacy — our livelihood programs are changing the fabric of village life.

What We Do:

  • Form and strengthen Self-Help Groups (SHGs)
  • Conduct entrepreneurship and skill-development training for women and youth
  • Support micro-enterprises, local product marketing and financial literacy
  • Provide digital inclusion, job linkage and soft skill training
  • Facilitate access to government schemes, bank linkages and market connect

Our approach is simple: train locally, earn sustainably and grow with dignity. 

We don’t give handouts — we create pathways to self-reliance. And it works. Across villages, women are becoming decision-makers, young people are staying back to work in their own communities and families are rising — together.
